I’ve worked as a legal recruiter for over 15 years – and during that time I’ve worked with some big names in the financial sector, mostly in banking and insurance. I pride myself on meticulous attention to detail and I am creative in the way I recruit. I’m passionate about improving and refining methods to make the recruitment process as smooth as possible for you. You’ll find me very straightforward to deal with, which is key to delivering results.
Outside office hours…
I studied music and had a previous career as a musician in the Army. Now, music is my hobby and I play euphonium in my local brass band. I’m also into long-distance running and triathlons. And I love motorbikes too – although being a mum to two little girls means I have to make do with the occasional pillion ride!
After studying Law and French at Manchester University, I went straight into legal recruitment – and I never looked back. It’s always been the perfect fit for my inquisitive nature and my love for meeting new people. Over the course of my career, I’ve developed a broad portfolio within financial services – with particular achievements in investment banking and asset management. I believe that excellent communication and taking the time to listen to people is the key to successful recruitment.
Outside office hours…
When I’m not recruiting legal professionals, my two children keep me busy with their active social lives. I like to keep as fit as I can, running two or three half marathons a year. I also enjoy live music and going to the theatre, especially musicals and indie gigs.
