Trustee Secretary

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for governance and secretarial excellence? Our client is seeking a Trustee Secretary to manage a broad range of secretarial activities for pension schemes. This role offers the chance to work closely with the senior management and provides direct exposure to the Chair, Directors, and the executive leadership team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and administering best-in-class governance and secretarial policies and processes.

Our client is looking for a meticulous and proactive individual with a strong background in governance and company secretarial duties. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Trustee boards and committee meeting processes, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong working relationships are essential. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic team, ensuring the highest standards of governance and contributing to the effective operation of the pension schemes.
