An exciting opening has arisen for an experienced lawyer specialising in insurance disputes to join a dynamic legal team on a fixed-term contract basis, with the potential for permanency subject to budgetary developments. Based in one of the vibrant cities of either Bristol or Manchester, this role offers a unique chance to handle a diverse range of disputes, from errors and omissions, to claims and circumstances, representing our client and their employees throughout the entire legal process through to court.
Our client is seeking a professional with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience who possesses a robust background in E&O and insurance litigation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cases from inception through to court representation, demonstrating legal acumen. The role commands a competitive salary and the successful candidate will enjoy the flexibility of working from either Manchester or Bristol, with an expectation of being in the office 2 to 3 days per week.
This counsel position is an integral part of a three-person disputes team, stepping in during a maternity leave absence.
