Our client seeks a dedicated Corporate Governance Assistant to support the Head of the Corporate Secretariat team at this highly reputable pension company. This role is integral to the administration and governance of entities within the group. and you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including committee and board support, as well as ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance. This position offers a unique chance to develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will have experience in preparing and maintaining board and committee calendars, managing agendas, and taking minutes and you will develop a proficiency in maintaining statutory registers and ensuring compliance with annual filing requirements. Strong communication skills are required as you act as a point of contact for board members and other stakeholders – A proactive and meticulous approach, eager to contribute to a growing organisation.
